About Springboard
Springboard Consulting Group is a Sydney-based private lending business in the Australian commercial lending market. We fund deals directly through our private investor board and place deals with private funding partners. We handle a high volume of commercial deals every month across construction, refinance and asset-backed lending. We move quickly, we work closely with brokers and borrowers, and we’re growing our team.

The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Loan Consultant to support our Sydney team with loan processing and admin. You’ll help move deals from application through to settlement and keep everything organised along the way.

Responsibilities

Process loan applications and check that documents are complete and accurate
Collect and chase documents from brokers and borrowers
Prepare loan offers, proposals and supporting paperwork
Update and maintain deal files and records
Coordinate with valuers, solicitors and the credit team
Track deals through each stage to settlement
Handle general admin: email s, data entry, scheduling and follow-ups

About You

Experience in loan processing, mortgage support or finance admin (Australian lending experience is a big plus)
Strong written and spoken English
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident with email , Word, Excel and online systems
Able to work Sydney business hours (AEST)
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
