Cold Email Outreach Expert

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Expert to help us acquire new clients for Useful Agency.

Our service helps businesses and personal brands grow their organic visibility on Instagram. You can find more information on our website and my Upwork profile under Robin Möller.

Our Target Audience
We primarily target personal brands, creators, coaches, consultants, and small-business owners who are already creating content and want to grow their social media presence.
Our service costs approximately €300–400 per month.
We currently have around 85 clients, most of whom are small-business owners with up to 20 employees. We want to acquire more clients with similar profiles.
Larger businesses are also potential customers, but they are often much harder to reach, and their decision-making processes take too long. Our priority is to reach decision-makers directly and acquire new customers quickly.

What We Need From You
Lead generation : With the informations you get about our service - from our website, Upwork and here: Where exactly would you find our ideal customers?
MOST IMPORTANT!!!

We have used Apollo before, so we want to hear about specific lead sources, platforms, and strategies you would implement.

Technical setup: How would you set up and optimize our email infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, deliverability, and sending tools?

Email copywriting: You must be an excellent cold email copywriter who can write personalized, compelling email s tailored to specific audiences. We want email s written manually, not generated by AI.
Campaign strategy: How many campaigns, ABCD Testings and sequences would you run, and how would you structure them to generate paying customers?

Execution: How would you get everything up and running immediately?

Currently we already have an email campaign running - with 51 active email s sending 750 email s a day in total. This List will run for another 2 weeks - so we need a new list asap and plan the other campaigns.

Important: We Want Action, Not Long Introductions
This is a hands-on position to START NOW. WE want no proposal but actionable plans.
Your proposal should therefore include exact ideas tailored to our business.

Tell us:
Which target audiences you would prioritize and why.
Exactly where you would find our leads and WHY those leads.
Which tools and methods you would use to collect qualified leads.
What you would implement on Day 1.
We don't need long introductions about your experience or generic explanations of cold email outreach. We want to see what you would actually do, where you would get the leads, and that you can be trusted with the whole process starting asap.

2. think about where you can get leads that fit into our target audience (minimum 10K leads at once cause we dont do 1by1 email s - again we sent 750 email s a day).
