MID Applications & Phone Closer (Remote, E-commerce)

About us
We’re an e-commerce company running multiple online stores. We need a sharp, organized person to handle our payment processor applications, call and close leads, and launch our Facebook ads. You’ll report to our Operations Manager.

What you’ll do

Prepare and submit merchant account (MID) applications through our ISO partners, and follow up until each one is approved
Review processor contracts (rates, fees, reserves, terms) and flag anything that looks off
Call leads from our Facebook lead forms and close them
Launch Facebook ad campaigns using the videos we provide
Make basic image edits, such as extracting elements and cutting out products in Photoshop
Track everything in Google Sheets: applications, statuses, contracts, leads and call results
Use AI tools like Claude every day to work faster

Requirements

Phone closing or sales experience (phone support experience is also considered)
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable working in Google Sheets
Strong general AI skills: uses tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day
Basic Photoshop skills, such as extracting elements from images and removing backgrounds
Can set up and launch a campaign in Facebook Ads Manager
Smart, organized, learns fast, and follows up without being chased
Stable internet, a quiet place to take calls, and a headset

Nice to have

Experience with payment processors or merchant account applications
E-commerce or Shopify experience
