TikTok LIVE Recruiter — Remote | $300/Month + Commission

QuakesLegacy | Hiring ASAP | No Experience Required

We're looking for hardworking, consistent, and motivated individuals to join QuakesLegacy, a TikTok LIVE Creator Network supporting thousands of streamers.

Your job is simple: find eligible TikTok LIVE creators, reach out to them, start genuine conversations, and help interested creators join our agency.

No previous recruiting experience is required! We've built our own training academy that teaches you everything from scratch.

Pay & Schedule

Base Salary: $300 USD per month, paid after 28 completed shifts.

Commission: $1 USD for every successful recruit, on top of your base salary.

Shift Length: Minimum 5 hours per shift.

Schedule: Completely flexible — start whenever you want.

Recruitment Target: At least 1 successful recruit per shift.

Shift Completion: A shift is only considered complete after you've worked at least 5 hours AND recruited at least 1 creator. Shifts may extend beyond 5 hours until the target is met.

Payment Frequency: Monthly.

What You'll Be Doing

Finding potential TikTok LIVE creators using gaming rankings, Creator Leagues, and other research tools.

Checking creator eligibility through TikTok LIVE Backstage.

Sending personalized outreach messages to eligible creators.

Having natural conversations and answering questions about our agency.

Helping interested creators through the official joining process.

Tracking your recruitment activity and completing daily targets.

Following our recruiting SOPs, including strict rules against poaching.

What We're Looking For

Strong written English communication skills.

Comfortable sending a high volume of DMs daily.

Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated.

Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Comfortable using ---------- and learning new platforms.

Willing to follow instructions and accept feedback.

Must have or be willing to purchase ---------- Nitro for our staff profile requirements.

Previous TikTok recruiting or social media experience is a plus, but not required.

Full Training Provided

You won't be thrown into the job without preparation.

How to use TikTok LIVE Backstage.

How to write effective recruiting messages.

How to handle objections and creator questions.

How to follow our recruiting procedures.

You'll also practice with realistic AI creators in our DM simulator and complete a short assessment before officially starting.
