Job Description

We are a Texas-based construction company looking for an experienced Civil Engineer, Geodetic Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Land Development CAD Specialist based in the Philippines to assist with preparing property plats for projects in Texas, USA.

The work may involve combining two or more properties into one lot, preparing subdivision or replat drawings, and assisting with documentation required for city or county approval.

Responsibilities

-Prepare property plats, replats, and lot consolidation drawings.
-Work with existing surveys, property boundaries, and legal descriptions.
-Prepare accurate drawings using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
-Follow applicable Texas city and county platting requirements.
-Coordinate revisions and prepare drawings for review by a Texas-licensed surveyor or engineer, as required.

Qualifications

-Background in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Land Surveying, or Land Development.
-Experience preparing subdivision plats, replats, or property boundary drawings.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
-Familiarity with US land surveying standards and property documentation.
-Previous experience with Texas platting projects is highly preferred.
-Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
