Position Summary

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Make Ready Engineering team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in their work. This role supports aerial fiber and coax construction by reviewing field data, performing pole loading analysis in O-Calc, and producing client-ready reports. Looking for someone to grow with our team long-term.

Responsibilities

Design aerial and underground telecom infrastructure, including joint-use and pole replacements

Review field data for accuracy and perform pole loading analysis

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams

Prepare analysis reports and assist with project schedules

Identify and resolve design or construction issues

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of O-Calc or other Pole Loading software.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

1–3 years of telecom experience is a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Strong team player with attention to detail and deadlines
