Cryptocurrency Support Specialist

We are seeking professionals currently working in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, digital assets, crypto payments, or crypto gaming industry.

Candidates must have current, hands-on professional experience working within a crypto-related business or providing services to cryptocurrency users. We welcome applicants from a range of departments, including customer support, operations, payments, compliance, account management, technical support, and community management.

The key requirement is that candidates are currently working in a role directly connected to cryptocurrency or serving customers who use crypto-related products and services.

Essential Requirements

• Must currently be employed by a cryptocurrency-related company or in a role directly involving cryptocurrency.
• Must have hands-on professional experience working with crypto users, transactions, platforms, products, or services as part of their current role.
• Must have at least 6 months of relevant professional experience.
• Must work in a crypto-related area such as customer support, customer success, payments, operations, compliance, account management, technical support, trading platform operations, or crypto gaming.
• Must demonstrate practical familiarity with cryptocurrency products, services, transactions, or blockchain platforms.
• Must be able to explain their current responsibilities and how their work relates to cryptocurrency.
