Product Lister (Shopify + Fashion)

We're a small, fast-growing Shopify eCommerce business looking for an experienced Product Lister to join our fashion brand long-term.

In the beginning, we handle the product research. You prepare the product listings and use our in-house automation tool to generate the images, then make sure every listing and every image is accurate, high quality, and ready to sell.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Shopify (product listings, variants, collections)
• Google Sheets
• GPT Image 2 or Higgsfield
• Prompting to fix or improve images (small adjustments or full regenerations, whatever gets the best result)
• Slack
• ChatGPT or Claude (for product titles and descriptions)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing product data in Google Sheets (titles, descriptions, variants, sizes, pricing, tags, and collections) so our in-house tool can upload it in bulk to Shopify
• Generating product images with our in-house automation tool
• Checking that every image matches the real product (color, fabric, pattern, stitching, buttons, fit, length)
• Keeping the product and model consistent across all images of a listing
• Fixing or improving images with GPT Image 2.
• Making sure every image looks like a real fashion photoshoot, not AI-generated (natural skin, realistic fabric texture, clean backgrounds)
• Double-checking every listing before it goes live
• Working independently while collaborating with the team when needed

APPLICANT NEEDS TO:

• Speak and write fluent English
• Have a strong eye for fashion and detail; you should immediately notice when an image doesn't match the product, looks inconsistent, or looks AI-made
• Have experience with prompting
• Have proven Shopify listing experience
• Be available for weekly team calls
• Be organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Be available to join immediately
• Start at 1-3 hours a day, scaling up to full-time (8h/day) as you take on more
• Be dedicated to one company long-term. We prefer applicants who don't currently have another job, so you can fully focus on us
