Hiring: Cold Callers, Remote (2 Openings)

Cash For Your Homes, AZ is seeking two Cold Callers to source, contact, and qualify motivated property sellers. This is a remote role and the primary point of contact for seller leads. Consistent follow-up, accurate documentation, and clear communication are essential.

Compensation:
$4 per hour
$5 per qualified lead

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communication with property owners
• Qualify leads against a defined script and criteria
• Maintain accurate call records, notes, and next steps in the CRM
• Hand off qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent English, spoken and written
• At least 2 years of professional experience (preferably in real estate)
• Reliable phone and internet connection
• A quiet, dedicated workspace and headset
