Remote Water Well Drilling Estimator & Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

We are an established water well drilling, pump repair, water treatment, and wastewater services company serving residential, agricultural, and commercial customers across Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to help qualify incoming leads, prepare preliminary estimates, follow up on open proposals, and generate new business over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer and follow up on customer inquiries by phone, email , and text.
• Qualify residential, agricultural, and commercial water well projects.
• Gather job information, including location, required well depth, water needs, site access, and pump requirements.
• Prepare preliminary estimates using company pricing guidelines.
• Follow up with customers to help convert estimates into booked jobs.
• Contact property owners, contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial prospects.
• Maintain an organized CRM and report leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sales.
• Learn our drilling, pump repair, water treatment, and wastewater services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water well drilling, groundwater, water pumps, plumbing, excavation, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Previous construction estimating or inside sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls with U.S. customers.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and computer skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience working with U.S. contractors is a plus.

Compensation

We offer a performance-oriented compensation plan with commissions for successful sales. Initial training and compensation will be agreed upon based on experience, with the opportunity to earn more as sales and technical knowledge grow.
