Call Center Manager (Remote) - Build a New 50-Agent Floor

We are growing fast and we are opening a new sales floor. We need a manager to build it from zero and lead 50 remote agents (VAs).

What you will do:

• Hire, train and onboard 50 remote agents
• Run the floor every shift: calls, callbacks, quality, targets
• Coach agents every day and report results to management

Shift: Thursday to Monday.
Pay: $20 per day, plus performance bonus.

What we need:

• 2+ years managing a call center or sales team
• Experience with remote teams and dialers
• Strong English, organized, results driven
