US Power Solar is one of Southern California's fastest-growing solar companies, and we're looking for an exceptional Marketing and Administrative Virtual Assistant to join our team ASAP.

This is not a boring corporate marketing job.

We're building a brand that people actually enjoy following. We create content that educates, entertains, and generates real leads.

We're looking for someone who is both creative and highly organized. About 60% of your role will be marketing and 40% will be administrative support, helping keep our fast-growing business running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Social Media & Marketing
Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, and YouTube
Design eye-catching graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Edit short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Write captions and hooks that grab attention
Stay ahead of trends, memes, and viral content
Help grow our brand through entertaining, personality-driven marketing
Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
Assist with SEO and website updates
Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns that generate leads
Administrative Support
Assist leadership with administrative projects
Keep marketing campaigns organized and on schedule
Manage Go High Level (GHL) tasks and CRM updates
Coordinate marketing assets and project timelines
Help keep operations running efficiently

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing business social media accounts
Professional graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Facebook & Instagram Ads experience
Go High Level (GHL) experience
WordPress experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Video editing
SEO
Google Ads
Copywriting
CRM automations
Home services or solar marketing experience
Experience creating funny, viral, or personality-driven content
