Remote Marketing Agency Recruiter - Flexible Schedule

We are a growing US-based digital marketing agency focused on helping brands build and expand their presence through organic TikTok marketing campaigns. Our team provides the content, while our network of creators publishes slideshow videos on newly created TikTok accounts to promote different brands and products.

We are currently expanding our creator network in the Philippines and looking for motivated, dependable, and proactive individuals to help us find potential creators, conduct outreach, and guide new recruits through the application and onboarding process.

We have a limited number of positions available and are looking for people who are serious about the opportunity. Consistent effort, accountability, and reliable communication are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Find Filipino creators interested in earning money by posting TikTok slideshow content.
• Identify potential creators through Facebook groups, Reddit communities, ---------- servers, TikTok, university networks, and freelancer platforms.
• Reach out to potential creators using our provided templates while keeping messages natural and personalized.
• Answer questions from interested creators and help them complete the application and onboarding process.
• Track daily outreach activity, including the number of people contacted and application forms sent.
• Submit daily check-ins detailing recruitment progress, outreach results, and any challenges encountered.
• Stay responsive to team messages and keep the team updated on your progress.
• Communicate proactively if you need assistance, encounter difficulties, or anticipate challenges meeting recruitment goals.

Previous experience in recruitment, lead generation, sales, social media management, community management, or customer support is helpful, but a willingness to learn and follow the process is also important.

Daily Communication Is Mandatory:

This position offers a flexible schedule, but consistent communication is a requirement.

You must check in with the team every day, report your outreach activity, and remain responsive to team messages. We understand that you may have school, another job, or other commitments, so you can choose when to work as long as you maintain daily activity and keep the team informed.

Applicants who regularly go silent, fail to submit updates, or repeatedly ignore team messages may lose their position. Communication and accountability are just as important as recruitment results.

Schedule and Compensation:

Schedule: Completely flexible. You choose your working hours, provided you complete your daily outreach, submit your check-ins, and maintain consistent communication with the team.

This is not an hourly position, and there are no fixed working hours. However, daily activity, progress reporting, and communication are expected.

Base pay: $20 per 30-day cycle, plus performance-based earnings for every creator you recruit who successfully completes onboarding.

Minimum Recruitment Requirements:

You must recruit at least 35 creators who successfully complete onboarding during a 30-day cycle to qualify for the $20 base payment.

The average recruiter brings in approximately 50 completed hires per cycle. This is the performance target we encourage you to aim for, while 35 completed hires remains the minimum requirement for base-pay eligibility.

• Fewer than 35 completed hires: You will not qualify for the $20 base payment. You will receive $1 per successfully onboarded creator.
• 35–50 completed hires: You qualify for the $20 base payment, plus $1 per completed hire.
• 51–100 completed hires: You qualify for the $20 base payment, with performance pay based on the earnings ladder below.
• 101 or more completed hires: You qualify for the $20 base payment, with performance pay based on the earnings ladder below.

30-Day Performance Earnings Ladder:

• 1–50 completed hires: $1 per hire
• 51–100 completed hires: $2 per hire
• 101+ completed hires: $3 per hire

Each earnings cycle lasts 30 days, and your progress resets when a new cycle begins. Payments are made through PayPal at the end of each cycle.

Base-pay eligibility and continued participation depend on meeting recruitment expectations, maintaining daily communication, and submitting the required progress reports.

Limited Positions and Growth Opportunities:

We have a limited number of openings and want to bring on individuals who are genuinely committed to contributing to our agency's growth.

Strong performers who consistently deliver recruitment results, communicate reliably, and demonstrate professionalism may have opportunities to advance into Recruitment Manager or Client Manager positions within our agency.

You can choose your own working hours, but flexibility does not mean inactivity. Daily outreach, daily check-ins, timely responses, and consistent communication with the team are required.
