AI Agent Builder / Automation Specialist (Full Time, Long Term)

I run a group of small businesses in marketing, training and neurodiversity content, based in the UK and Canada. I’m hiring someone to build and run a team of AI agents for our businesses, and later for clients.

What you’ll build, in order:
1. A landing page + Meta ads agent: builds professional pages (not template or AI-looking) and launches test campaigns, with my approval before any spend
2. A content agent producing on-brand content at scale with Claude
3. A lead list and outreach agent for email and LinkedIn
4. A dashboard tracking revenue and results across everything

After that, you’ll maintain and improve the system and build new agents as we need them.

Must have:

• Hands-on experience building AI agents with Claude (Claude Code or the API) or ChatGPT
• Business automations tool experience (n8n, Make, Zapier or custom scripts)
• Comfortable working independently and explaining what you built

Nice to have:

• Web development (landing pages, simple apps)
• Meta Ads experience
• CRM or email platform integrations

Details:

• Hours: UK working hours (approx. 4pm to 12am Manila time), Monday to Saturday
• Pay: $400 - $500 USD per month depending on experience, paid monthly
• We provide all AI tool subscriptions
• Starts with a paid 2-week trial project
