Lead Generation / Email Outreach Specialist

Position: Outbound Email Copywriter
Schedule: EST

Need someone to own the strategy and execution of outbound email campaigns for a fast-growing B2B sales intelligence platform serving GTM teams that sell into local and vertical SMB markets. You'll research ICPs and pain points, build copy angles using a proprietary in-house enrichment tool, write high-converting sequences, and systematically A/B test and optimize campaign performance over time.

Requirements:
*Substantial B2B outbound email experience with a track record of campaigns that generated real replies and meetings across a variety of SMB verticals
*Ability to research ICPs, identify genuine pain points, and build compelling copy angles that speak directly to real prospect problems
*Knows how to structure a proper cold email sequence, understanding cadence, tone, escalation logic, and A/B testing discipline based on performance data
*Past campaign results to show (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, or similar metrics are required to apply)
*Comfortable using general AI tools, web research, and proprietary enrichment tools to build customized research variables per prospect for meaningful personalization
*Available during US business hours with excellent written English and a direct, concise, human communication style

Nice to Have:
-Experience with Clay or a similar prospect enrichment and research platform
-Background in outbound sales or SDR work that gives you firsthand understanding of what buyers respond to
-Experience writing cold email for a B2B SaaS, sales intelligence, or data platform
-Familiarity with cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo
