We are a fast-growing real estate media and marketing company looking for a talented Photo & Video Editor to help create stunning listing photos, social media content, and marketing videos. If you have a creative eye, work quickly, and deliver consistent, high-quality edits, we’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Photo Editing

• Edit HDR and flambient real estate photos
• Create realistic Twilight/Dusk conversions
• Sky replacements
• Window pull and exposure blending
• Color correction and white balance
• Straighten vertical and horizontal lines
• Remove unwanted objects (cars, cords, trash cans, signs, etc.)
• Lawn and landscaping enhancements
• TV screen replacement
• Fireplace enhancement
• Pool and water color enhancement
• Virtual decluttering (when needed)
• Prepare MLS-ready and high-resolution marketing photos

Video Editing

• Edit cinematic property walkthrough videos
• Create engaging Instagram Reels
• Edit TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects
• Color grade footage
• Stabilize shaky footage
• Sync drone footage with interior walkthroughs
• Export videos in multiple formats for social media and MLS

Social Media Content

• Create attention-grabbing real estate reels
• Design short-form videos optimized for viral engagement
• Follow current Instagram and TikTok trends
• Create branded intro/outro animations
• Add animated text and subtitles

Required Skills
