SaaS Developer — AI & Full-Stack Development

We're building an ambitious AI software company and looking for a talented developer who wants to grow with a business from an early stage.

We're not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks. We want a proactive, commercially minded engineer who takes ownership, solves problems independently and contributes ideas that make the entire product better.

We're building for the long term and want someone who sees the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain SaaS applications and AI-powered features.
• Develop API integrations, webhooks and custom connectors.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows.
• Work with databases, deployment infrastructure and version control.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• Research new technologies and recommend better technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test and deploy production-ready software.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and existing developer.

Skills we're looking for

You should have strong experience with several of the following:

• Full-stack SaaS development.
• APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Claude, Claude Code and other AI development tools.
• MCP servers and custom connectors.
• GitHub, Railway, Supabase and deployment workflows.
• n8n or similar automation platforms.
• AI agents, LLMs and conversational systems.
• Facebook /Meta developer tools and messaging integrations.

You don't need to know everything. We value strong fundamentals, proven execution and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Experience building and launching your own SaaS product, particularly one with paying customers, is a major advantage.

Compensation and evaluation

Your starting salary will be [insert amount] per month for the initial three-month evaluation period.

We'll assess technical ability, delivery speed, code quality, communication, initiative and overall contribution.

We'll provide clear objectives and feedback throughout the period, followed by a formal review to discuss continued employment, compensation and development opportunities.

We want to help the right person grow professionally as the company grows. Any future increases, bonuses or equity arrangements will be discussed transparently and agreed separately.
