Full-Time Remote Virtual Hospitality Specialist

GCGStay manages short-term rental properties and helps guests have a smooth, comfortable stay. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our remote Communications team.

💻 THE ROLE
We require that you have STR and Hospitality experience.
Communicate with guests through booking platforms and messaging tools.
Help resolve questions and problems related to reservations, check-in, property information, and guest concerns.
Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payments
Assist guests with booking-related questions
Identify opportunities to extend stays and secure additional reservations

📲 Operations & Dispatch
Follow company procedures and know when an issue needs to be escalated.
Coordinate with our local Operations team to resolve problems and keep guests informed.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding issues.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong written and spoken English, and clear communication.
Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.

⚠️REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in one or more of the following:

Hospitality / hotel operations or Short-term rental / Airbnb style accommodations.

• Minimum 1 year using PMS software, Project Management Software, Team communication tools.

⏰ IMPORTANT: FULL-TIME COMMITMENT
This is a full-time position working exclusively with GCGstay as a contractor.
We are not looking to be your 2nd or "side job".
Applicants must be comfortable working a flexible schedule arrange amongst the team, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Remote does not mean flexible hours every day. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
