Land Acquisition Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, US Hours)

We're a US-based land investing company. We buy vacant land directly from property owners. We're hiring one sharp, reliable VA to talk to sellers, analyze deals, and negotiate offers.

This is not a copy-paste data entry role. You'll be on the phone with real sellers, running numbers, and making offers on real properties. If you do this well, you become one of the most important people in the business.

What You'll Do
Call and follow up with land sellers (inbound and outbound)

Analyze properties: comps, pricing, access, zoning, red flags

Negotiate purchase price directly with sellers and lock in agreements

Keep the CRM clean, updated, and organized daily

Send end-of-day reports on calls, offers, and pipeline

Requirements
Full-time, US business hours (EST). Non-negotiable.

Located in a major city with fast, stable internet. Backup internet and power required. "My connection dropped" is not an acceptable pattern.

Excellent spoken and written English. You'll be talking to American property owners every day — clear, neutral, confident on the phone.

Highly reliable. You show up on time, every day, and answer messages fast.

Extremely organized. Nothing falls through the cracks. You follow up when you say you will.

Laziness is not an option. This role is for someone who takes ownership, works hard, and wants to grow. If you need to be chased to do your job, please don't apply.

Quiet workspace, working headset, and a computer that can handle a dialer + CRM

Nice to Have
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — big plus

Prior real estate, land, cold calling, sales, or acquisitions experience

Comfort reading maps, county GIS sites, and parcel data
