GoHighLevel Developer With Proven Land Disposition & API Experience

We’re a vacant land investment company looking for someone who has already built a working land disposition system inside GoHighLevel, including API integrations, buyer imports, and automated outreach.

We have an existing GHL setup and need someone who can implement this promptly.

What we need:

InvestorBase integration: Pull buyers through its API, match them to properties, and import new buyers as unqualified and not yet contacted.

Buyer tracking across properties: Maintain one contact per investor with a separate opportunity card for each property, tracking outreach, replies, qualification, and interest.

Property marketing: Create a landing page for each listing and send personalized messages with property links through GHL.

Outreach controls: Show how many buyers came from our CRM versus InvestorBase, prevent duplicates, and track who has and hasn’t been contacted.

Local agent imports: Import our Zillow-sourced agent data and associate agents with the relevant property.

Follow-up and engagement: Track link clicks, send optional price-reduction alerts, and integrate AI disposition agents to handle replies and follow-up.

MVP first: Import buyers, connect them to properties, send property details, and track replies. Additional automation and dashboards can follow once the core workflow works.

Required experience:

You must have personally delivered a comparable land disposition system. General GHL setup, funnels, or basic automation experience alone does not meet this requirement. We need proven experience with API integrations, buyer imports, and tracking buyers across multiple deals.
