Customer Support and Engagement (Full-Time, Remote, Night & Day Shifts)

We’re a fast-growing social media management agency looking for motivated Online Sales & Customer Engagement Specialists to join our remote team.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with customers in writing and build strong relationships
• Turn conversations into sales
• Work with our CRM and internal tools
• Hit response-time and sales targets during your shift

• $2/hour fixed + commission on sales to start, with higher pay for strong performers
• Regular raises for top performers
• Full training and ongoing personal feedback
• Stable long-term position, fully remote
• Flexible shifts: morning, mid or night (5 days/week)

Requirements:

• Excellent written English
• Typing speed 50+ WPM
• Stable internet (min. 50 Mbps) + backup
• Own laptop/PC
• A Telegram account with a username
• Sales or customer support experience is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
