Every launch needs a video that makes people stop scrolling. We're looking for a motion designer who can turn our product into launch videos with the polish of an Apple or Stripe ad.

What you'll make
Launch videos for new Kendo features, usually 15-60 seconds
Built from the real Kendo product UI: screen recordings and screens, not stock graphics or generic icons
Clean cuts, speed ramps, camera pushes onto the key moment, and smooth push/slide transitions
Minimal kinetic typography that frames the feature without covering the product

You're a fit if you
Have SaaS or product launch videos in your portfolio
Can make real software UI look premium without redrawing it
Get pacing right: no long pauses, nothing that feels rushed
Work with a clean visual style: white space, restrained color, sharp type
Turn revisions around fast and take direct feedback well
Are fluent in After Effects (or similar)

Pay
Paid per completed video. The rate is TBD and depends on experience and scope.
Shortlisted candidates do a paid trial: one Kendo launch video
Strong trial work leads to an ongoing role on every Kendo launch.
