AI & Automation Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote
Rate: $8–$12/hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an AI & Automation Virtual Assistant to support our clients with AI tools, automation, and day-to-day virtual assistance. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI and technology and can help clients find ways to work more efficiently.

Responsibilities
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms
Create and improve AI prompts and workflows
Assist clients with AI-related tasks and projects
Build and manage automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
Assist with AI agents, chatbots, and integrations
Work with APIs and connect different tools and platforms
Conduct research, data entry, and administrative tasks using AI
Help create content, reports, SOPs, and other business materials
Identify repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated
Troubleshoot basic AI and automation issues
Stay up to date with new AI tools and technologies
Communicate with clients and provide support as needed

Requirements
Previous experience as a VA, AI Specialist, or Automation Specialist
Strong experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
Experience with AI prompting and workflow automation
Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of APIs and software integrations
Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or OpenAI APIs is a plus
Basic coding knowledge is a plus
Experience supporting US-based
