We’re looking for someone who can manage social media AND be the face of content when needed. If you’re creative, confident on camera, and can actually produce content that gets attention—you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation & Acting

Record short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, ads, talking-head content)
Act as the “face” of the brand for certain campaigns
Follow scripts OR improvise naturally when needed
Bring energy, personality, and confidence on camera

Social Media Management

Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, LinkedIn
Schedule posts and maintain consistency
Repurpose content across platforms
Write captions that actually convert (not generic AI-sounding stuff)

Growth & Engagement

Monitor comments and messages
Help improve engagement and reach
Suggest new content ideas based on trends
What We’re Looking For
Strong English (clear speaking + writing)
Comfortable and confident on camera (this is REQUIRED)
Experience with TikTok / Reels style content
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Reliable, responsive, and able to move fast
Creative but also understands business (we care about results, not just “pretty content”)
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience acting, UGC, or influencer-style content
Have run ads or understand what converts
Have worked with U.S.-based companies
Understand blue-collar, construction, or outdoor brands
