About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple online stores across European markets. We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Launch & Operations Specialist who understands the dropshipping business model and can independently manage campaign launches, advertising account setups, and the supporting infrastructure needed to keep our campaigns running smoothly.

This role goes beyond simply launching ads. We need someone proactive who understands Facebook advertising structures, Incogniton and proxies, and how to coordinate with asset suppliers and ad account agencies.

What You'll Do

1. Facebook Ads Campaign Launching

• Launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns according to our established campaign structures, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, ads, and tracking configurations correctly.
• Create and configure Meta Pixels and assist with basic tracking and setup troubleshooting.
• Ensure campaigns are properly configured and ready for launch.

2. Advertising Account & Asset Management

• Manage advertising assets, including Facebook profiles, Pages, Business Managers, and ad accounts.
• Monitor asset availability and coordinate requests for new assets when needed.
• Work directly with our asset supplier and various ad account agencies to request, acquire, and organize advertising assets.
• Help troubleshoot account restrictions, disabled assets, and other setup issues through appropriate support and recovery processes.

3. Incogniton & Proxy Management

• Set up and manage Incogniton browser profiles and proxy configurations.
• Maintain an organized browser profile structure for advertising operations.
• Troubleshoot browser profile, proxy, and account access issues.

4. Ad Comment Management

• Monitor and engage with comments under our advertisements.
• Respond to relevant comments according to our brand guidelines and engagement procedures.
• Flag customer concerns and issues that require further attention.

5. Coordination & Operational Improvements

• Work with the team to resolve campaign setup problems and prevent launch delays.
• Communicate clearly with internal team members, asset suppliers, and external agencies.
• Anticipate operational needs instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Follow established processes and proactively suggest improvements to our advertising workflow.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong, hands-on experience launching Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, preferably in the dropshipping or direct-to-consumer e-commerce space.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, Business Managers, Facebook Pages, ad accounts, and Pixels.
• Practical experience with Incogniton and proxy setup and management.
• Experience working with third-party ad account agencies and advertising asset suppliers.
• Understanding of Meta account restrictions, troubleshooting, and legitimate account recovery procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stores and advertising setups.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to follow company SOPs while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Important: We are looking for someone with practical experience, not someone who has only studied Facebook advertising. You should understand the entire campaign-launching process and the operational requirements behind it.
