Architectural Floor Plan Editor / 3D Rendering Artist (Remote | $5/hr)

We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals with at least 2 years of professional experience in architectural floor plan editing and/or 3D architectural rendering for residential properties in Japan.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can follow instructions accurately and are interested in building a long-term working relationship with our company.

Position 1: Architectural Floor Plan Editor

• Edit and revise existing residential floor plans using architectural design software.
• Follow revision instructions provided through annotated images, screenshots, and reference materials.
• Make accurate changes to floor plans based on our instructions.
• Deliver updated files in the required format.

Position 2: 3D Architectural Rendering Artist

• Create high-quality, realistic interior and/or exterior architectural renderings.
• Produce renderings based on floor plans, drawings, and reference images.
• Adjust materials, lighting, furniture, camera angles, and other details according to our feedback.
• Deliver professional-quality renderings for residential marketing projects.

Important:

You do NOT need to be skilled in both positions.

Salary & Payment

• Hourly Rate: $5 USD per hour
• Payment Schedule: Once or twice per month
• Payment Dates: On the 15th and/or the last day of the month
• Work Arrangement: Remote / Part-time initially

• Applicants with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design or 3D rendering software.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions provided through images and screenshots.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to make revisions based on feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for the work.
