Stone Benchtop CAD Drafter – DXF & Shop Drawings | Australian Stone Clients (Part-time or Full-time)

We place remote CAD drafters with stone benchtop fabricators in Australia. We're building our team for upcoming client placements and want drafters with real stone benchtop experience.

THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL-ONLY OR GENERIC AUTOCAD DRAFTERS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Draft stone benchtops, islands, splashbacks and vanities from templater sketches, Proliner DXFs and plans
• Prepare fabrication/shop drawings used by the factory
• Produce DXF and nesting files for CNC cutting
• Mark cutouts, edges, mitres, returns and joins
• Follow each client's drawing standards and flag anything unclear instead of guessing

REQUIRED

• Stone benchtop drafting experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• DXF preparation for CNC
• Understanding of stone materials (granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, sintered stone)
• Available Monday to Friday on Australian business hours

A STRONG ADVANTAGE

• Alphacam, Raptor, Softec, SeCAD/SeKON, Slabsmith or EasySTONE
• Slab layout, seam and vein matching
• Moraware or similar job systems

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Part-time (about 4 hours a day) or full-time
• Fully remote, as an independent contractor
• Paid monthly

MONTHLY RATE

• Part-time: PHP 45,000 to 65,000
• Full-time: PHP 70,000 to 105,000
• Depending on stone experience and software
