AI Product Builder / AI App Builder – Claude Code, Codex & UI/UX

We are a US-facing company hiring through our own AI recruiting platform. We’re looking for an AI Product Builder / AI App Builder who can take an idea and turn it into a real, working product.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and solving problems creatively. Strong UI/UX and product design skills are our top priority, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Claude Code and Codex.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI-powered apps, systems, and internal products
• Turn rough ideas into working prototypes and MVPs
• Use Claude Code, Codex, and other AI development tools
• Design and improve product UI/UX
• Translate business needs into practical product solutions
• Explore technical approaches and recommend the best solution
• Build, test, and iterate quickly
• Solve problems independently and think outside the box
• Create products that are both functional and visually polished

What we need:

• Proven experience building real apps, systems, or AI-powered products
• Strong portfolio with projects we can review
• Exceptional UI/UX and product design skills
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools
• Strong creative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to take an idea from concept to working product
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent understanding of user experience and product usability
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Nice to have:

• Experience rapidly prototyping MVPs
• Experience working with AI-powered products
• Experience using multiple AI development tools and workflows
