About the Role

COMMUNITY APPOINTMENT SETTER – WOMEN’S HEALTH & FITNESS

Fierce Women Community is looking for a warm, proactive and results-driven appointment setter to support our online fitness and coaching community for women over 40.

This role primarily involves written conversations: building trust, understanding women’s goals, following up thoughtfully and guiding suitable prospects toward consultation calls.

We’re looking for someone who combines genuine compassion with the initiative and confidence to achieve booking goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with community members and prospective clients through personalized messages.
  • Identify suitable prospects and book qualified consultation calls.
  • Follow up consistently without making women feel pressured, spammed or harassed.
  • Use scripts as guidance while keeping conversations natural and responsive.
  • Work toward weekly qualified-booking goals.
  • Show initiative during slower shifts by reviewing outstanding conversations, identifying opportunities and suggesting ways to improve results.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up tasks and appointment records.
  • Support appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Communicate clearly with our team and provide organized shift handovers.
  • Respond to messages and comments across Facebook , Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written English with natural conversational fluency.
  • Clear spoken English for team meetings and training.
  • Strong empathy, listening skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport.
  • A genuine interest in women’s health and fitness.
  • Understanding of the challenges women may experience during perimenopause and menopause, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Organized, reliable and proactive, with consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working toward booking goals while maintaining thoughtful, respectful conversations.
  • Able to learn CRM systems quickly and maintain accurate records.
  • Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection and a backup plan for disruptions.
  • Respect for confidentiality and appropriate boundaries around health advice.

Appointment-setting experience is a strong advantage. Experience in women’s health, fitness or online coaching is especially valuable.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Our community operates between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Edmonton, Canada time. You’ll share coverage with two other front-end team members.

Our proposed coverage schedule is:

  • Monday–Friday: 6–9 a.m. and 2–5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1–3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday off.
  • One hour of weekly training/team meeting.

This totals approximately 33.5 hours per week, including training.

This schedule is a starting suggestion and is open to discussion. We can coordinate shifts with our existing team to find a consistent arrangement that works for both you and the community. Responsibilities and response-time expectations during coverage will be agreed before starting.

Please include your availability in Edmonton time and indicate whether you’re comfortable with split shifts. Times follow Edmonton’s daylight-saving changes.

STARTING COMPENSATION

  • CAD $150 monthly base.
  • CAD $2 commission per qualified consultation booked.
  • Initial one-month paid trial, including training on our community, scripts, programs and systems.
  • Compensation review after three months, with the possibility of increasing the base to CAD $200/month and commission to CAD $2.50 per qualified booking.
  • Further commission growth may be considered as consistent, quality results develop.

Increases depend on performance and business capacity and are not guaranteed. Qualified-booking criteria and payment terms will be agreed before starting.

During the initial training period, we’ll assess reliability, communication, accuracy and progress alongside booking results.

HOW TO APPLY

Please include:

1. A brief introduction and why this role interests you.
2. Your relevant experience, including any appointment-setting results.

4. The social platforms and CRM systems you have used.
5. Your availability, time zone and preferred weekly schedule.

We’ll provide training on our approach. For this sample, we’re interested in your natural communication style, empathy and ability to keep a conversation going.
