About the Business

Hi! I'm the founder of Thriving Minds Coaching, an Australian business supporting teens with ADHD and their parents.

I'm an ADHD coach, educator and presenter, and I'm passionate about helping families better understand ADHD, build executive functioning skills and strengthen their relationships.

My business is growing, and I'm looking for a talented, creative and proactive person to join me.

I'm not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. I'm looking for someone who understands marketing, brings ideas to the table and knows how to turn great content into effective marketing campaigns and sales funnels.

I have plenty of ideas, educational content, digital products and programs. I need someone who can help me bring them to life!

What You'll Be Doing

1. Sales Funnels & Marketing Automation (Top Priority)

• Build and optimise sales funnels using Ivorey (built on GoHighLevel).
• Create landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, checkout pages and thank-you pages.
• Set up lead magnets, email sequences and automated workflows.
• Build funnels to sell digital products and promote coaching programs.
• Test funnels to ensure everything works smoothly.
• Monitor conversion rates and recommend improvements.

2. Digital Marketing & Strategy

• Help develop marketing strategies to grow my audience and increase sales.
• Plan campaigns for e-books, online programs and coaching services.
• Understand my ideal audience and create messaging that connects with their needs.
• Write engaging, persuasive marketing copy.
• Suggest new lead-generation opportunities.
• Track results and identify what's working.

3. Social Media Content & Management

• Create professional Instagram, Facebook and ---------- content.
• Turn my existing newsletters, videos and educational resources into engaging posts, carousels and reels.
• Write captions that reflect my warm, conversational brand voice.
• Schedule and publish approved content.
• Create content calendars and help maintain a consistent online presence.
• Connect social media content to relevant offers and funnels.

4. Canva & Digital Product Creation

• Professionally format e-books, workbooks, worksheets and downloadable resources.
• Work within my existing Canva brand kit and templates.
• Create attractive digital product covers and mock-ups.
• Format presentations and resources for my parent coaching programs.
• Ensure all materials are visually consistent, professional and easy to read.

5. Email Marketing & Digital Products

• Format and schedule newsletters.
• Create and manage automated email campaigns.
• Upload digital products to my online shop.
• Write compelling product descriptions.
• Organise product categories and purchasing links.
• Support launches and promotions.

Who I'm Looking For

You are someone who:

• Has proven experience building sales funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Understands digital marketing, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Has excellent Canva design skills.
• Can create engaging social media content.
• Has strong English writing and communication skills.
• Is organised, reliable and pays attention to detail.
• Can work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Is proactive and comfortable suggesting improvements.
• Enjoys working with a small, purpose-driven business.
• Is happy to receive feedback and collaborate.

Most importantly, you understand the difference between making something look beautiful and making something work from a marketing perspective.

You don't need to know every platform, but you must be confident learning new systems.
