Amazon Wholesale Product Researcher and Brand Outreach Specialist, US Marketplace, Beauty and Pets

What you will do

• Find wholesale product and brand leads in Beauty and Cosmetics and Pets categories, with expert focus on the Amazon US marketplace and Canada as secondary market
• Vet each lead using sales rank, seller counts, price history, and whether Amazon or the brand sells it
• Build a weekly shortlist of qualified leads with data attached for each product
• Contact Beauty and Cosmetics and Pets brands by email and phone to open wholesale accounts in the Amazon US marketplace
• Pitch brand protection and control: authorized seller status, MAP enforcement, and removal of unauthorized sellers
• Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes or no, usually 3 to 5 follow-ups
• Negotiate opening terms and get brands to a signed Letter of Authorization and opening purchase order
• Keep a clean outreach tracker with status for every brand
• Flag compliance and documentation issues early, such as cosmetic rules, FDA rules, pet food labelling rules, LOA, reseller permits, and authorization documents
• Handle compliance and documentation correctly for each deal, including LOA, MAP terms, and authorization documents, and never skip a required document to close faster
• Send a short daily update on progress and blockers

Must have

• Expert in the Amazon US marketplace, with proven wholesale product research and sourcing experience in Beauty and Cosmetics and Pets categories, and sample shortlists you can show
• Proof of wholesale accounts you personally closed in the Amazon US marketplace in the last year, with LOA or first order evidence you can share
• Aware of all compliance and documentations needed for US marketplace wholesale, including LOA, MAP policies, authorized seller agreements, reseller permits, tax documents, brand authorization documents, invoices, and import and export documents where needed
• Strong email copy that is personalized to each brand, not copied templates
• Confident phone manner for brand calls, comfortable with a live role-play test
• Strong written and spoken English and prompt daily communication

Nice to have

• Existing contacts or closed accounts in Beauty and Cosmetics and/or Pets
• Experience opening supplier accounts and finding supplier contact details
• Experience with storefront research and brand coverage checks

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during interview, based on experience and results.

Marketplaces
Amazon US is the primary expertise required, Canada is secondary.
