Experienced Executive Virtual Assistant – Recruiting and Lead Generation (Day/Night Shifts)

We are a multi-million dollar e-commerce company in the California, and we are actively looking for an experienced executive VA who is not afraid to learn new things every day, for our e-commerce business.

This is a high-growth position. You must be a self-starter and love to learn new things!

Two main tasks for this position:

1. HR recruiting: You must have prior experience with identifying real-world talents in different specialties and developing an HR process from scratch to find talent

2 Real-world lead generation experience of at least 3 years, using various methods, i.e., email marketing, social media, LinkedIn, etc, to generate leads for B2C and B2B sales.
