About the Role

Monthly rate: $1,100 to $1,800 USD, based on experience

Collaboration window: 8 AM to 5 PM US Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. That is about 11 PM to 8 AM in Manila from November to mid-March, and 10 PM to 7 AM the rest of the year. Please apply only if this works for you long-term.

About Levver:
We're Levver, a small revenue operations consulting team. We help B2B companies turn messy, instinct-driven sales into clean, predictable revenue systems: better CRMs, sharper pipelines, smarter workflows and real visibility into what's working. We move fast, use modern tools every day (Slack, HubSpot, ClickUp, Claude and Claude Code) and learn by doing.

Many of our clients run on Salesforce, often alongside HubSpot, and some are moving from one to the other. We're looking for a long-term partner who loves solving these problems and can make Levver their main client.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain Salesforce: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, permission sets, reports and dashboards
  • Set up, monitor and fix the HubSpot and Salesforce integration: field mappings, sync rules, inclusion lists, sync errors and duplicates
  • Plan and run data migrations between Salesforce and HubSpot: field mapping, cleanup, imports, and checking that the numbers match
  • Keep CRM data accurate: deduplication, record ownership and hygiene
  • Join client calls, take clear notes and turn them into tasks in ClickUp
  • Keep an eye on Slack during the collaboration window and respond quickly to the team and clients
  • Document what you build so the team can run on it

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on Salesforce admin experience: you can show us specific things you built
  • A problem solver: you dig into a messy system or a vague request and find the fix
  • You love building, and you take pride in clean, simple work
  • You love helping people, whether that's a teammate or a client
  • You want to be part of a company that's fun and full of challenges
  • A proven record of working US hours long-term
  • The capacity to make Levver your main client, long-term
  • Responsive: you check Slack throughout the collaboration window and reply promptly
  • Clear written and spoken English. You'll be on live client calls.
  • You work independently: give you a goal and context, and you figure out the how
  • You enjoy learning new tools and pick them up quickly

Preferred, not required:

  • 2 to 5 years as a Salesforce admin
  • Experience with the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, or a migration between them
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • SOQL, Data Loader or Apex familiarity
  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience with Claude, Claude Code, ClickUp or Clay

How we work together:

  • This is a long-term independent contractor engagement, not employment. You invoice Levver in USD twice a month, use your own equipment, and handle your own local taxes and registrations. During the collaboration window you're reachable on Slack and join calls by agreement. Outside it you set your own schedule, and weekend work is not expected.

Our process (so there's no guessing):

  • Apply here following the instructions below.
  • If it's a potential fit, we send a short form (about 10 minutes) that includes a 2 to 3 minute Loom.
  • Strong applicants get one practical task (about 45 minutes), with a short Loom walking us through it.
  • A 30-minute call with our team.
  • A 30-day paid introductory period, so we can both make sure it works well.
  • We'll tell you where you stand after each step.

How to apply (please read carefully):

  • Start your application with the exact phrase: "I build systems."
  • In your first two sentences, confirm the collaboration window works for you long-term, and tell us how long you've worked US hours.
  • Tell us about a time you fixed a Salesforce problem, such as a broken Flow, a sync error with another system or a messy migration. What went wrong, how did you find it, and what did you change?
  • List your Salesforce experience: years as an admin, what you built, and any certifications. Mention any HubSpot experience too.
  • Tell us about any other clients or jobs you have now, and how many hours a week they take.
  • Applications that don't start with "I build systems." won't be read. We pay attention to detail, and so should you.
