Looking for rockstar AI Video Editor

Hi, I have a growing production firm, and I'm looking for a talented AI video editor (individual, no agencies!) with the following experience:

1. Creating viral, cinematic AI videos (30s to 4min long, short films or dramas), or AI ads that can be run on Meta and Google. AI ads can be for e-commerce or for digital products.

2. Hands-on experience with Seedance 2.5 (required), AI tools like Higgsfield, Claymation, and Midjourney, along with traditional editing tools like CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

3. Portfolio with previous work examples

Important aspects of this job:

Consistency in the visuals
Attention to detail
Quickly understanding problems and fixing them (for example, a product or character changing between scenes)
Clear communication
Accountability
Open to learning new things
Dedication and availability
Team player who can join team calls and brainstorming sessions
