AI Smart - Operations Manager / Advanced VA — GoHighLevel Experience Required

And it's not an entry-level VA position where I'll give you a checklist of tasks every morning.

I'm looking for a smart, resourceful, organized person who can become a key part of running my video marketing business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work directly with me and help keep the business moving.

Some days you'll be inside GoHighLevel.

Some days you'll be coordinating with editors or checking the status of client projects.

Some days you'll be setting up a funnel, fixing an automation, scheduling email s, organizing client information, documenting a process, or figuring out why something isn't working.

I don't need you to know everything.

I need you to be the kind of person who can figure things out.

GOHIGHLEVEL

You should already be comfortable inside GHL.

You don't have to be the greatest GoHighLevel developer in the Philippines, but you should understand the platform well enough that I'm not teaching you the basics.

You should be comfortable with things like:

• Funnels and landing pages
• Forms and calendars
• Workflows and automations
• Email campaigns
• SMS
• Tags and custom fields
• Pipelines
• Contacts
• Products and payments
• Domains
• Snapshots
• Troubleshooting automations
• Testing funnels and customer journeys

Bonus points if you've worked inside an agency account with multiple subaccounts.

OPERATIONS

This is the bigger part of the role.

I want someone who notices things.

A client hasn't submitted something we're waiting on? You notice.

An editor is missing a file? You notice.

An automation stopped working? You investigate it.

A project hasn't moved in three days? You ask why.

I don't want to be the only person in the business who knows what needs to happen next.

Over time, I want you to understand the business well enough that you can help manage the moving pieces without waiting for me to tell you what to do.

That could include client onboarding, project tracking, team coordination, documentation, scheduling, checking deliverables, organizing files, maintaining systems, and improving processes.

THE PERSON I'M LOOKING FOR

You are organized without being rigid.

You're comfortable with technology.

You communicate clearly.

You don't disappear when you hit a problem.

You don't need instructions for every tiny decision.

You'll ask questions when necessary, but you'll also Google it, watch a video, test something, and try to solve it.

You understand that a growing small business can occasionally be messy — and part of your job is helping make it less messy.

And you genuinely like being the person who keeps things moving.

OUR BUSINESS

I'm a video marketing strategist and producer based in the United States.

I've been doing this for more than 25 years and have worked with thousands of businesses, entrepreneurs, and professional service companies.

We produce video marketing campaigns, client content, funnels, lead generation campaigns, workshops, and other marketing projects.

We have editors and other team members, so you won't be doing everything yourself.

Your job is increasingly to help connect the pieces.

I'm not looking for someone who wants to bounce between five clients forever.
