UGC Video Editor — CapCut, Short-Form, High Volume

I’m a UGC creator producing a steady stream of short-form videos for an AI video platform (Higgsfield). I need a part-time editor to take my raw talking-head clips, screen recordings, and AI-generated video and turn them into clean, fast-paced TikToks and Reels that hold attention. High volume, quick turnaround, long-term if you’re good.

What you’ll do

Edit 15–25 short-form videos per week (15–60 sec) from raw footage and scripts I provide
Cut for retention: tight pacing, strong first 3 seconds, jump cuts, zooms, B-roll from the AI clips I send
Add captions, text hooks, sound effects, and trending audio
Export in 9:16 and deliver organized files with clear naming
Turn around edits within 24 hours, revisions within 12 hours

Requirements

Must be fluent in CapCut (desktop). Premiere/DaVinci is a plus, not required.
Have edited UGC or creator-style content before — send a portfolio link (Google Drive, TikTok, or Dropbox). No portfolio = no reply.
Good written and spoken English
Available on WhatsApp or Slack for daily communication, with at least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern time (9am–6pm EST)
Reliable internet and your own PC

Pay: $300–$400/month for ~20 hrs/week, paid twice monthly. Bonus per video once you pass quota. Raise after 90 days if performance is strong.
