B2C Appointment Setter (Healthcare)

Rate: USD $4-6/hr

Role requirements (non negotiable)

• Fluent English Speaking
• 2 years of appointment setting experience in the US, UK, CAN, or AUS market
• A quiet working environment (no background noise)
• 50 Mbps upload and download internet speed minimum (evidence required)
• Available to work between 9am and 8pm Eastern Standard Time (CST).

About this role:
This is a performance-based role.
If successful, this role will continue initially on a per-project basis. During this time you will receive formal training, and your performance will be measured. If your performance is considered adequate, this role progresses into a full-time position with a performance incentive.

We are looking for a candidate who will someday lead a team of appointment setters.

We are fast-growing marketing company for Chiropractic clinics in the US.
We help Chiropractic clinics make more money by bringing them more new patients.

What we do:
We run Ads on Meta to generate new patient leadsWe follow up with the leads to qualify them (make sure they are suitable)We schedule qualified leads into the clinic’s calendarWe ensure leads show up to their appointment.

Your responsibilities:
Follow up with leads (get in contact)Find out about their problem and their circumstances (qualify)Schedule them in for an appointmentFollow protocol to ensure they show up

Your objective:
Schedule and ensure at least 20 new patients show up to your assigned clinic each month.
With a full-time role you manage up to 3 clinics.
