[EXPERIENCED] [Female] Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist ffor a fast growing female fashion dropshipping store
Confidential employer
Hi there, nice to see our vacancy has caught your attention.
We are currently operating 3 fashion dropshipping stores focused solely on women in the US. As all 3 stores are beginning to scale, we are looking for a FEMALE dedicated Klaviyo Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to take responsibility for our email campaigns.
Our core flows are already set up and managed internally. Your role is focused on planning, creating, scheduling and analyzing approximately 3–5 campaigns per week, per store.
We don't need someone who waits for us to say "send 20% off today." We need someone who actively looks at our stores, previous campaigns, competitors and customer behavior and comes up with ideas herself.
Because all 3 stores target a very similar audience, you don't need to reinvent the wheel three times. If something works well on Store 1, we want you to recognize it, adapt it and test it on Stores 2 and 3.
A proactive, commercial and data-driven mindset is your main skill needed for this role.
HOW A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS:
You start your day by checking the campaigns scheduled for our 3 stores and making sure everything was sent correctly.
You then check the performance of campaigns sent the previous day. You look at revenue, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes and other important metrics to understand what worked, what didn't and what we can learn from it.
While doing this, you're already working on the next campaigns.
You check what's currently happening inside our stores. Which products or categories are selling well? What have we email ed recently? Which previous campaigns performed particularly well?
You also regularly check email s from other large fashion and dropshipping stores to see what they're sending. Which products are they promoting? What angles are they using? Are they sending discounts, bestsellers, new arrivals, seasonal campaigns or something completely different?
We don't need to reinvent the wheel. If successful stores repeatedly use certain concepts, we can use that as inspiration and combine it with our own data.
You then d ---------- what campaign to create and how it should look.
For example, dresses are performing particularly well and you d ---------- to build a campaign around them. You select the products, create the angle and subject line, write the copy, select the right audience and build the campaign in Klaviyo.
You also d ---------- whether a more designed product-focused email or a simple text-only email makes more sense. We want someone who understands that different campaigns require different approaches and is willing to test both.
Once the campaign is created, you adapt and schedule it across our other stores where appropriate. Since the audiences are similar, a winning idea can often be reused without creating three completely different campaigns.
The next day, you make sure everything was sent correctly and evaluate the first results while already creating your next campaign.
If something performs exceptionally well, you try to understand why and use that information for future campaigns.
This process continuously repeats: create, schedule, check, analyze, learn and improve.
The goal is to consistently generate additional revenue through email while building more and more knowledge about what our customers respond to.
