Hiring: Remote Appointment Setters — Philippines

U.S. Gold & Silver Company | Paid Training | Base Pay + Performance Incentives

Parkview Capital Group, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring two Philippines-based appointment setters to speak with U.S. prospects interested in gold and silver.

We’re looking for confident communicators who are comfortable making outbound calls, following a script, and keeping a positive attitude when prospects say no.

Your Role

• Call company-provided leads using our predictive dialer.
• Follow a short script to introduce our company and qualify interested prospects.
• Connect qualified prospects with our experienced U.S. sales team.
• Record accurate notes and call outcomes in our CRM.

Our closers handle the sales process. Your focus is starting conversations and identifying interested prospects.
Who We’re Looking For

• Clear spoken English and strong listening skills.
• A professional, friendly phone manner.
• Reliability, coachability, and comfort receiving feedback.
• Ability to work the U.S. schedule listed below.
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, a computer, and a quality headset.
• BPO, outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is preferred. Strong communicators without experience are welcome to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• Base pay: $4/Hour
• Incentives: 1% on ALL SALES + Bonus Structure of Qualified Leads
• Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM PST (1 Hour Lunch)
• Location: Remote — Philippines
• Paid training and ongoing coaching.
• Company-provided leads, dialer, CRM, and script.
