Key responsibilities

Editing and post production

• Edit short form video from raw footage to final export, with strong hooks and tight pacing
• Handle colour, sound, captions and simple motion graphics
• Adapt each edit to every platform's format

Brand and creative

• Follow each client's brand guidelines and creative briefs
• Build templates for recurring content series

Trends and performance

• Adapt trending audio and formats, and apply learnings from post performance

Workflow and delivery

• Juggle multiple accounts and deadlines, turn revisions around fast, and keep files and task boards up to date

Requirements
Must have

• 2+ years editing social video, with a portfolio of your own edits
• Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and basic After Effects
• Clear written English

Nice to have

• Lifestyle, food or fashion content experience; Photoshop; Xiaohongshu familiarity
