Sales Manager — Performance, Coaching & Team Development
Snaptique creates photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events and brand activations. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to improve sales performance, coach our team and build consistent processes that turn more inquiries into profitable bookings.
Tracking KPIs and turning those findings into action is a core responsibility. You’ll know where opportunities are being missed, help the team improve and ensure agreed actions are completed.
Your main focus will be our existing inquiries, team performance and sales processes. Outreach will be a smaller supporting responsibility.
What you’ll do
Own sales performance and KPI reviews
- Review daily sales activity, lead ownership, response times and overdue follow-ups.
- Track bookings against targets, conversion rates, average booking value, pipeline progress and lost-deal reasons.
- Review corporate and wedding performance separately, as well as individual workloads and results.
- Investigate gaps and work with leadership to resolve reporting inconsistencies.
- Run focused weekly sales meetings with clear priorities, assigned actions and follow-through.
- Give leadership a clear view of results, expected bookings, risks and support needed.
Coach and hold the team accountable
- Review real client conversations, quotes and follow-ups.
- Coach discovery, recommendations, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
- Set clear expectations and address missed follow-ups or repeated performance gaps.
- Join important client conversations and help close challenging opportunities.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of sales staff.
Improve sales processes and product knowledge
- Ensure every active lead has a named owner and a documented next action.
- Create practical product guides, training decks and sales resources.
- Help the team explain our packages, pricing and client experience accurately and confidently.
- Improve handoffs so coordination and operations receive complete, accurate information.
- Work with leadership on our developing lead-tracking agent, which will help reconcile inquiries with bookings and flag missing actions.
Grow booking value and relationships
- Train client coordinators to recommend suitable post-booking upgrades.
- Help the team develop repeat business.
- Support selected planner, agency and corporate relationships.
- Participate in targeted pitches and business development opportunities.
What you bring
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team and improving measurable results.
- Confidence using KPIs, CRM records and sales reports to identify problems and set priorities.
- The ability to assess data quality and understand the reasons behind the numbers.
- Strong personal selling, negotiation and closing skills.
- A practical approach to accountability, training and process improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills and respect for the teams delivering what sales promises.
Experience in events, hospitality, experiential marketing or other service-based businesses is an asset.
You’ll learn Snaptique’s offerings from our leadership team. You should bring the sales management experience to establish expectations, coach effectively and act on performance findings.
What success looks like
- Reliable reporting that leads to clear action.
- Fewer missed inquiries and overdue follow-ups.
- Improved conversion and profitable bookings against target.
- Stronger individual and team performance.
- Clear product knowledge and consistent sales practices.
- Complete handoffs and less daily sales supervision required from the CEO.
How to apply
