Part-Time Graphic Designer – Catalogs & Promotional Design | InDesign Required

We’re looking for a part-time graphic designer based in the Philippines to support Royal Imports, an established floral, home décor, and event supplies brand.

You’ll create product catalogs, flyers, booklets, promotional materials, social media graphics, and email designs. Strong Adobe InDesign skills and practical experience with AI image generation are required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Produce and update product catalogs in Adobe InDesign using existing files, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Arrange product images, descriptions, SKUs, dimensions, and pricing into clear, consistent layouts.
• Design flyers, booklets, sales sheets, and other promotional materials.
• Create social media posts, carousels, email layouts, and banners. Occasional AI video generation will be required.
• Generate lifestyle images and backgrounds using AI tools, then refine and composite them in Photoshop.
• Preserve accurate product shapes, colors, textures, and proportions when creating or editing images.
• Adapt designs for print and digital use.
• Prepare print-ready PDFs, digital exports, and organized, editable source files.
• Apply feedback and check all work for accuracy and consistency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong Adobe InDesign skills, including multipage layouts, paragraph and character styles, parent pages, linked images, and print preparation. Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
• A portfolio showing catalogs, brochures, booklets, or similar product-focused materials.
• Practical experience using AI tools to create realistic product lifestyle images.
• A strong eye for typography, spacing, layout, and image placement.
• Attention to detail, especially with product information, pricing, and product accuracy.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
• Clear written English and reliable communication.
• Email and social media design experience is highly preferred.

Product photos, product information, copy, existing design files, visual references, and creative direction.

PAY & ARRANGEMENT

• Working schedule to be agreed before starting.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a small paid design test.
