Digital Assistant/Lead Gen

Buckeye Brownies is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to continuously research potential wholesale partners. Your sole focus will be finding businesses that could carry our brownies and organizing accurate lead information in an Excel spreadsheet we provide.

Responsibilities:

Research pizza shops, sub shops, coffee shops, restaurants, cafés, and other potential retail partners.

Identify qualified businesses within the locations we assign.

Find business names, websites, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and owner or manager contact information when available.

Enter all information into our spreadsheet accurately and consistently.

Include research links and relevant notes, such as whether the business currently offers desserts.

Keep the lead list updated and avoid duplicate entries.

Requirements:

Strong online research skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to verify information and work independently.

Previous lead generation or business research experience preferred.

This is an ongoing role focused entirely on lead research and spreadsheet entry. We will handle outreach.
