About Us
HG Built Pty Ltd is a construction company based in Brisbane, Australia. We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on Wunderbuild experience to assist with construction estimation and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage construction estimates using Wunderbuild.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and material requirements.
• Request, follow up on, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Update project costs, quantities, and supplier details in Wunderbuild.
• Assist with cost breakdowns, progress claims, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the internal team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Wunderbuild is required.
• Experience in construction estimation or construction administration.
• Familiarity with Australian residential construction is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangement:
Remote position based in the Philippines, with working hours to be agreed upon in Brisbane time.
