We’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. We have several positions available across e-commerce and business operations, with responsibilities assigned based on your strengths and our team’s needs.
Previous e-commerce experience is welcome but not required. We provide step-by-step processes, training videos, and assessments. We’re looking for people with excellent English, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly and consistently follow instructions.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English, with clear grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
• Reliable internet with a minimum download speed of 150 Mbps. A recent speed test will be required.
• A dependable computer capable of running multiple browser tabs, spreadsheets, and video calls.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, adapt to changes, and apply feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
• Good time management, consistent attendance, and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently, follow documented procedures, and ask questions when something is unclear.
• Responsibilities may include processing orders, updating spreadsheets, managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and completing other administrative or operational tasks.
