BIM Architectural and Structural Modeler (ON-SITE)

We’re Expand Innovators, a growing team in Makati, and we’re looking for an intermediate-level modeler to join us as soon as possible. You’ll support our architectural and structural BIM work, with a focus on accurate, coordinated models, layouts, and shop drawings.

What you’ll do

• Update and maintain architectural and structural BIM models for design and as-built conditions.
• Prepare and revise shop drawings, wall setting-out drawings, tile setting layouts, and concrete body plans.
• Detail architectural and structural elements.

Our work uses Revit and AutoCAD, and may also involve Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, and Navisworks.

What we need

• Strong BIM modeling and construction documentation skills, including a strong background in Revit.
• Construction experience in architectural and structural modeling.
• Clear written English for reading and annotating technical drawings.
• Precision with spatial details, patience with complex geometry, a systematic approach to visual problem-solving, comfort switching between design disciplines, and a calm approach to resolving model conflicts.
• The ideal person has a DISC personality profile with high C and high S.

This isn’t a general-purpose drafting role; it focuses on architectural and structural BIM modeling.

Working arrangements
This is an on-site independent contractor role in Makati. You’ll work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Singapore/Hong Kong time, which is the same as Philippine time. This role isn’t for agencies or teams, people who can’t keep these working hours, or people looking for a short side job.

Expectations
The work involves demanding deadlines, completing work on time, sending daily or weekly reports, and working with a team.
