Telecaller / Appointment Setter, US Restoration Company

PuroClean is a US fire, water and mold restoration company in Pennsylvania. We help families on the worst day of their lives, after a fire or a flood. We are looking for a warm, confident telecaller to call homeowners after house fires, property managers and plumbers, and book appointments for our project managers.

What you will do:

• Call homeowners who just had a fire, with kindness and patience, and offer our help
• Call property managers and plumbers to build referral partnerships
• Follow our call scripts, handle questions and objections calmly, and book appointments
• Log every call in our system: outcome, notes, next step and appointment
• Follow all US calling rules, including Do Not Call

What we are looking for:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly voice
• At least 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting or customer service for US clients
• Calm and caring with people who are upset or stressed
• Organized, reliable, and good at following a process
• Able to work US Eastern Time hours
• Quiet workspace, good headset, and fast, stable internet with a backup
