US-Fluent Cold Caller & Email Rep for Warm AI/Tech Leads (Part-Time, 15-20 hrs/wk)

We're looking for a part-time outbound rep to call warm leads in the AI/tech space. These are NOT cold lists. Every lead you call has already shown interest over email . Your job is to follow up by phone, have a natural conversation, and book meetings.

HOW IT WORKS

• A new lead gets sent to you in Slack.
• You call them using our dialer (e.g. JustCall, Aircall, Kixie, Orum, or similar).
• You follow a proven script. If they don't pick up, you leave a voi cemail from the script.
• You may also manage email replies from leads, so you'll be working across email , calls, and voi cemail s inside a largely automated system.

WHAT WE NEED

• English that is indistinguishable from someone who grew up in the US. Natural accent, tone, idioms, and small talk.
• Strong understanding of American culture: different cities, regions, sports, local references. Prospects respond best when they feel like you're from where they're from.
• Understanding of technology and AI. This is a big part of the conversations.
• Familiarity with how AI labs work, how training data is sourced and sold, and the economics behind it. Knowledge of companies like micro1, Mode, and other AI data providers/brokers is a big plus.
• Comfortable using a dialer, Slack, and email .
• Proven track record of booking meetings over the phone.
