Lead Qualification Caller for Australian Kitchen Cleaning Business

ABOUT US
Practical Maintenance Services is a family-run business in Perth, Western Australia. Our kitchen exhaust team cleans the exhaust canopies and ducts in cafes and restaurants.

THE JOB
You will phone cafes and restaurants in Perth to qualify them as leads for our sales team. On each call you find out three things:
1. Who cleans their kitchen exhaust now?
2. When is the next clean due?
3. Roughly what do they pay?

This is not a sales role: no selling, no commission and no booking appointments. Our Perth sales team follows up when the timing is right.

You call from our web app in Google Chrome. It gives you one kitchen at a time, rings it for you at the click of a button, shows a short script, and you type the answers in. No spreadsheets and no dialling by hand.

HOURS AND PAY

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Perth time (same as Philippine time)
• US$600 to US$800 a month, depending on experience
• This is a contract role, starting with about 3 months to work through our Perth list, with ongoing work if it goes well
• Pay reviewed after the 3-month trial
• Work from home, training provided

WHAT YOU NEED

• Lead qualification, cold calling or outbound call centre experience
• Clear, friendly spoken English, and you are comfortable with Australian accents
• Accurate notes: you record what the kitchen says, exactly as they say it
• A laptop with Google Chrome
• A USB headset with a microphone
• Fast, stable internet, plus a backup such as mobile data
• A quiet room to work from
• A smartphone for a login security app
