Automation Specialist: Fix Keap (Infusionsoft) + Memberium + WordPress email and webhook issues

We run a membership site on WordPress + Memberium, with Infusionsoft (Keap) as our CRM. The basic plumbing is unreliable and we need an experienced automation person to fix it, then stay on call for future automation work.

WHAT'S BROKEN RIGHT NOW
1. Login/password email s aren't reaching people. New buyers often never get their access email . We want all site email sent through a reliable transactional provider (Postmark, SendGrid, Amazon SES or similar) with SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up correctly.
2. Webhooks are being missed. Purchases and tags don't always make it from Keap to Memberium/WordPress. Find the gaps, fix them, and add monitoring or retries so a missed event gets caught.
3. Our "done-for-you" intake form fails for some customers. Find out why and fix it.

ALSO IN SCOPE

• Set up Cloudflare (DNS + email authentication) and an n8n instance we own, for automations and backups
• An automated, always-current buyer list (e.g. synced to a Google Sheet) that I can access directly
• Short written notes on everything you set up, with all logins kept in our own accounts

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Real experience with Keap/Infusionsoft and Memberium (or a similar WordPress membership plugin)
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier or Make, webhooks and APIs
• Experience fixing email deliverability (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Clear communication and fast turnaround. Using AI tools to move faster is a plus.

BUDGET
Hourly, $20-$30/hour. We expect the first set of fixes to take roughly $ ---------- . After that, we'd like to keep you on call for automation work as it comes up.
